Colorado Unpaid Wages, Overtime & Break Audit

Reviews hours, pay records, overtime, breaks, deductions, classification, final pay, retaliation, and complaint readiness.

Who this is for: workers evaluating possible wage-and-hour issues.

Colorado law note (August 12, 2026): For covered Colorado employees, overtime can be due after 40 hours in a workweek, 12 hours in a workday, or 12 consecutive hours. Current COMPS rules also address meal and paid rest periods, exemptions, deductions, and recordkeeping. Local minimum-wage rules and industry exceptions may add protections.
