Idaho Unpaid Wages, Overtime & Break Audit

Reviews hours, pay records, overtime, breaks, deductions, classification, final pay, retaliation, and complaint readiness.

Who this is for: workers evaluating possible wage-and-hour issues.

Idaho law note (August 12, 2026): Idaho law does not generally require adult meal or rest breaks. Covered nonexempt employees are generally entitled to federal overtime after 40 hours in a workweek, and Idaho separately regulates minimum wage, wage payment, deductions, final pay, and wage claims. The Labor Department process can affect whether a separate civil claim remains available.
