Nevada Lemon Law Eligibility Assessment

Reviews vehicle eligibility, warranty coverage, defects, repair attempts, out-of-service time, notice, records, and remedy readiness.

Who this is for: new-vehicle owners evaluating state Lemon Law protections.

Nevada law note (August 12, 2026): Nevada’s new-vehicle warranty law presumes a reasonable number of attempts after four or more repair attempts for the same nonconformity or 30 cumulative calendar days out of service within the express-warranty period or one year after delivery, whichever ends earlier. Written notice and any required informal procedure matter, and an action under the statute generally must begin within 18 months after original delivery.
