Washington Lemon Law Eligibility Assessment

Reviews vehicle eligibility, warranty coverage, defects, repair attempts, out-of-service time, notice, records, and remedy readiness.

Who this is for: new-vehicle owners evaluating state Lemon Law protections.

Washington law note (August 12, 2026): Washington Lemon Law presumptions can involve four repair attempts for the same nonconformity, two attempts for a serious safety defect, or 30 cumulative calendar days out of service. A qualifying repair attempt must ordinarily occur within two years and 24,000 miles, and a state arbitration request generally must be received within 30 months after original delivery. Written manufacturer requests and complete repair orders are essential.
