Washington Unpaid Wages, Overtime & Break Audit

Reviews hours, pay records, overtime, breaks, deductions, classification, final pay, retaliation, and complaint readiness.

Who this is for: workers evaluating possible wage-and-hour issues.

Washington law note (August 12, 2026): Washington generally requires a paid 10-minute rest period for every four hours worked and a meal period of at least 30 minutes for a shift over five hours, subject to coverage and industry-specific rules. Overtime, wage payment, retaliation, and worker classification require separate review.
